Please note that we are shipping only within the USA’s 50 states at this time. We will not take special requests to ship anywhere outside of the USA at this time. Thank you for your understanding.

We do not modify existing controllers outside of Hammer-On. Not even upon special request. Thank you for your understanding.

  • What platforms can I play these guitar controllers on?

    • PC (Clone Hero, YARG, Guitar Hero 3, World Tour DE)

    • Emulators: Dolphin, RPCS3, PCSX2

    • X-box 360, One, and Series S (Rock Band and Guitar Hero)

    • PlayStation 3, 4 & 5 (Rock Band, Guitar Hero & Fornite Festival)

    • PlayStation 2 (Requires RCM adapter. Here is the link: https://shop.retrocultmods.com/products/ps2-host-usb-to-ps2-controller )

    • Fortnite Festival for Playstation, Xbox and PC

    • Nintendo Switch: Works as a gamepad

  • Do you make Rock Band style frets/necks?

    • We do not offer Rock Band style frets/necks on our guitars. Our ecosystem is based on our electronics working across every body style that we have, so the necks are universal across all of our bodies. We do not plan to offer other styles of Frets or Necks.

  • I want to customize a controller beyond what the Online Builder will allow, how do I do that?

    • Our online builder is specifically designed to give you an easy, streamlined design process to make your controller. This means there are areas where you will not be able to customize beyond what we offer.

    • If there is something you’d like to customize beyond what we offer on the builder, reach out to us for a commission request.

  • Do you offer cordless versions?

    • We are not offering cordless guitars at this time since this introduces complications with lag while playing as well as connectivity glitches. 

    • Each guitar comes with a detachable cord (USB-C) which then plugs into your platform of choice. This ensures a more consistent play experience than a cordless controller would offer during this time.

  • When will I receive my controller?

    Please allow 6-8 weeks from the order date to fulfill and deliver your controller. This is also communicated in each controller listing because we hope to give you a heads up in case you need it by a certain date. We are a team of two with several made-to-order at one time. This may seem like a long time to some folks, but we would rather give you quality over haste.
